Learn to Spot a Threat

You can't defend yourself from an attack if you don't even see it coming! Being aware of your surroundings and having the ability to evade attack dramatically increases your chances of survival!

Most criminals are cowards and they'll  seek out the weakest among us to attack.  By holding your head up high, making eye contact and some sort of verbal acknowledgment, the coward knows you know he is there and he can't sneak up on you.

The sooner you can spot a potential threat, the better your chances for survival.  For every 15 feet you distance yourself from an attacker, you increase your survival rate by 33%.

When you find yourself confronted by an attacker, your only thought should be on surviving the attack.  We will teach you to end an attack in seconds, no matter how big and ugly your attacker is.
